Frank Adams has had a transformational impact on the A.G. Gaston Boys & Girls Club, an affiliate of the Boys & Girls Club of America based in Birmingham, Alabama. Appointed CEO of the organization in 2012, Adams raised club membership from 500 to 1,700 and grew its operational budget from $1.3 million to $1.6 million in only three years.
