Technical Benefits and Features 

The HBS compute cluster offers more memory, speed, and processing power through a single entry point.

Quick Start 

Our Quick Start will guide you through HBSGrid features, signing up for an account, logging in, working with files and software, and running jobs.

Requesting an Account 

HBS faculty, staff, doctoral students and their guests are eligible for HBSGrid accounts.

Logging In 

Follow our instructions to connect to the HBSGrid via a GUI or Terminal.

Copying and Extracting Files 

Copy and extract files to and from the HBSGrid using terminal or GUI.

Running Jobs 

Comprehensive guide to running programs and scripts on the HBSGrid, including how to choose your resources, monitor and troubleshoot your jobs, and scale up your work through techniques such as parallel processing.

Software Tools 

Choose your software from those already installed on the HBSGrid, or follow our instructions to install software.
