Complete and submit the form below or email research@hbs.edu. Please use the 5 W’s (who, what, where, when, and why) as a guideline in describing your issue. For example, include error messages, screen shots, indicate whether you are on campus or remote (and using a VPN), include job IDs for your submitted jobs, and any error logs.
