How long has your organization been recruiting at Harvard Business School and what roles do you hire for?
We are thrilled to have kicked off our relationship with Harvard Business School through the recruitment of 2 summer interns this year on our Marketing and Production Control teams. Internships in our Business Development, Sales, FP&A, Project Finance, Marketing, HR, and Supply Chain departments will continue to be offered annually during the summer, with recruitment starting in December. Depending on our business needs, full time opportunities may be available in these same departments. If you’re interested in learning more about our opportunities, be sure to visit our job board.

What recruiting tactics have you found most successful in engaging with students and/or alumni at HBS?
Our most successful recruitment tools have been on-site visits to Bloom Energy’s corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility in CA, partnering with clubs, and posting a job in the HBS recruiting platform.
