Once your account is approved, you can post jobs, access Resume Books, coordinate interviews, and plan company events.
Post a Job
Post roles visible to HBS students and alumni. Include key details such as job title, function, location, application deadline, visa sponsorship information, and other relevant information.
Access Resume Books
Review resumes and identify qualified candidates. There are three Resume Books: two for students by class year and one for alumni. Use filters and keywords to tailor your outreach.
Coordinate Interviews
Use HBS-Coordinated Interviews for first-round interviews managed through 12twenty. HBS helps with scheduling, room booking or virtual links, and student communications.
Plan Company Events
Use 12twenty to post events, manage logistics, and share virtual links when needed.
