On Campus Logistics
Here is what you need to know if you are holding an event or interview on campus.
Getting to HBS
- Directions: View the Campus Map.
- Parking: We offer complimentary parking in the HBS Parking Lot, which must be arranged before your visit. If you have not already indicated parking needs via a logistics poll, email our office with your name at least one day before your arrival.
- Ride-Shares/Taxis: Input the destination as Spangler Center, Batten Way, Boston, MA.
Once You Arrive
- Parking: If you arranged to park, you may inform the parking attendant of your name and that you are here for a company event or interview.
- Check-In:
- Presentations: Check in at Spangler 107 before your event and a CPD staff member will provide you with a QR code for student attendance.
- Conversations: Head straight to your assigned room. Your room is available at the event start time. Please check in on the screen outside the room when you arrive.
- Interviews: A CPD staff member will meet you outside of your room 10 minutes before your first interview with your interview schedule, applicant materials, and food vouchers.
- Room Availability: Your assigned room is available at the event or interview start time.
- Assistance: If you need help on campus, email cpd@hbs.edu or visit Spangler 107 from 2:00-5:00pm.
Logistics
- Attendance: Company representatives participating in Presentations will receive a printed event-specific QR code. Students can self-scan the QR code to mark their attendance.
- Accommodations: If you or one of your interviewers require accommodations to participate fully, please indicate their needs so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
- Catering: HBS does not permit catering on-campus.
- Event Audiovisual Equipment (A/V):
- Presentations: HBS provides A/V equipment and IT support for events in classrooms. We encourage companies to bring the presentation on a flash drive or email it to themselves to utilize the classroom computer and the class remote to advance the slides. If using your laptop, you will need to bring a remote or use the laptop keyboard to advance the slides. In addition, you may need to bring an Apple converter to utilize Apple products during your event.
- Conversations: Not all HBS conference rooms have audiovisual equipment. If you require A/V, contact our office. We will do our best to book you a room with A/V, but space is limited. You may need to bring an Apple converter to utilize Apple products during your event.
- Shipping: Any materials must arrive on-campus 1-5 days before your event or interview using
the address below. HBS will deliver them to your room approximately 20 minutes before
the event or interview starts. To ship materials back to your company, complete a
shipping label and email our office to request a pickup. Please note we discourage company gifts or “swag.”
