The Aerospace and Aviation Club at Harvard Business School aims to connect students with leaders at a variety of companies in these two industries. Throughout the year, we hold a number of speaker events with prominent leaders in aviation and aerospace, who come on campus to share their professional insights, personal stories, and advice for students considering entering these fields.

During the 2015-2016 academic year, we hosted NASA astronaut Terry Virts, Turkish Airlines CEO Temel Kotil, former Boeing Chairman Jim McNerney, and former American Airlines CEO Bob Crandall, among many others. Apart from speaker events, we also visited Boston Logan airport during which students learned about airport operations and had the chance to visit the control tower. Furthermore, we enabled students who are certified or aspiring pilots to meet others interested in flying and participated in organized flyouts to nearby scenic destinations.
