Pride is a home for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning MBA students and their partners. We build community through dedicated social and advocacy programming for our members and allies to offer meaningful opportunities to connect in a variety of settings.

Pride is also a professional development club, working to advance our members’ careers by cultivating relationships with alumni, organizations, and industries seeking diverse candidates. We are proud to maintain strong partnerships with top recruiting firms year-over-year, and to have been a founding member of Reaching Out MBA, a career conference we participate in annually.

However, we are more than just a social or professional organization. As members of the HBS Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council, as well as through our own Diversity and Inclusion Committee, we advocate for LGBTQ+ students across campus. We rally the broader HBS community behind us during key events such as National Coming Out Day, World AIDS Day, and Transgender Day of Visibility. Additionally, we work with the administration to increase representation and inclusion of LGBTQ+ people among faculty, staff, and students, as well in our course curriculum.

Mission

Pride, a Student Club at Harvard Business School, is an association for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ+) MBA students and their partners. We create a supportive environment for emerging leaders to socialize with one another, connect with employers seeking diverse talent, and engage in thought leadership in key areas of business and management. In partnership with our allies and alumni, we advocate for our members in conversations about diversity and inclusion in the wider HBS community. We believe that by promoting understanding of the queer experience, we will increase acceptance and advance our equality as business leaders.

Opportunities for Employers

Pride promotes an environment for its members to become tomorrow’s LGBTQ+ leaders. The club seeks to build connections between Pride members and the LGBTQ+ community beyond HBS. Contact the Pride Club to:
