HBS student club leaders oversee their club’s mission and events, and support their members as they explore their career interests. New club leaders are elected each spring at which point organizations may connect with them on ways that they can partner in the recruiting season ahead. Organizations can tailor their communications with the club, based on what is important to their members; they can set up time to talk with them one-on-one during a coffee chat, send them specific job postings, share industry education, or partner with them on club events. Supporting leaders with their club’s mission will assist in building your brand awareness to industry-based clubs, and create a synergy to coincide with your hiring needs.
