Culture of Inclusion

Harvard Business School is committed to increase the representation of underrepresented minorities in academic research. The Predoctoral Fellows Program seeks to support and advance this commitment by providing early-stage exposure to a career in academic research – a critical step in establishing a more robust pipeline of racially, culturally, and ethnically diverse researchers, faculty, and PhD students.

The work and well-being of HBS is profoundly strengthened by the diversity of our network and our differences in background, culture, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, and life experiences. Explore HBS work culture at https://www.hbs.edu/employment/.
