Intercultural Communication and Global Leadership Training

The OCC has developed a fully on-demand training in Intercultural Communication and Global Leadership. Modules 1, 2, and 3 (of 4 total modules) are available in the Harvard Training Portal and each take about 2 hours to complete. They feature videos, exercises, and readings on the relationship between culture and communication. Through this training, you will analyze foundational theories of intercultural communication, develop critical skills for navigating cultural differences, and apply theoretical frameworks to real-world scenarios at HBS and beyond.
