      It Gets Better at HBS

BOSTON—The LGBT students at Harvard Business School have created a moving video in which a number of HBS students recall the experiences they went through when "coming out." The video was produced in coordination with the It Gets Better Project, which was launched to show young lesbians, gays, bisexuals, and transgenders the good times and successes that lie ahead after they overcome the difficulties they often encounter in their teenage years. In the same spirit, the video serves as reminder to LGBTs in the HBS community that there are many people and resources here to support them. Professor Frances Frei, faculty head of the first year of the MBA program, supported the endeavor by saying, "I found this video inspiring. It is also a wonderful reminder of how our students are working to make such a positive difference in the world." Read more.
