Ray Goldberg honored for contribution to agribusiness
Ray Goldberg, the School's George M. Moffett Professor of Agriculture and Business Emeritus and the "father" of agribusiness (a word he coined in 1955), has received an award from Netherlands-based Rabobank for his "exceptional contribution to agribusiness." A globally-renowned scholar, teacher, and advisor, he has authored or coauthored numerous books, articles, and case studies on all aspects of agribusiness. He has also served on the boards of many major agribusiness firms, farm cooperatives, and technology companies and advised financial institutions on their agribusiness investments. |
