Re: Amy Edmondson
Associate Professor Amy Edmondson won The Cummings Scholar Award, given annually to one researcher "in early mid-career (Ph.D. not earned before 1996) to recognize outstanding achievement." The judges cited two articles in particular: "Disrupted Routines: Team Learning and New Technology Implementation in Hospitals," coauthored with Assistant Professor Richard Bohmer and Professor Gary Pisano (Administrative Science Quarterly, 46, 685-716), and "Psychological Safety and Learning Behavior in Work Teams" (Administrative Science Quarterly, 44, 350-383).
