McKinsey Award for Best Article in Harvard Business Review
Re: David J. Collis & Clayton M. Christensen
David J. Collis and the late Michael G. Rukstad, a longtime member of the HBS faculty and a senior research fellow at the time of his death in 2006, have been named first-place co-winners of the Harvard Business Review's 2008 McKinsey Awards for their April article "Can You Say What Your Strategy Is?". Clayton M. Christensen, the School's Robert and Jane Cizik Professor of Business Administration, has won second-place honors for his December article "Reinventing Your Business Model," coauthored with Mark W. Johnson, chairman of Innosight, a consulting firm, and Henning Kagermann, co-CEO of SAP AG. This is Christensen's third McKinsey Award.
