I mean, for instance, there's a professor at Harvard Business School who was in the White House for a while, David Scharfstein, and he's floating a plan in which there's a new government-owned corporation, but it would only step in at the last minute, only if we had a crisis, like the one we just had. He calls it a guarantor or last resort.
