Student & Alumni Clubs

Participating in one of the 95+ student-run clubs at Harvard Business School (HBS) can be a great way both to explore interests and meet some of your closest friends.

African American Student Union

The African American Student Union (AASU) aims to create a close-knit community for its members from the time they choose to join HBS, through their transition to the second year, and extending beyond graduation. Current membership includes over 130 first years, second years, and partners who engage in social events, cultural activities, and academic and professional development workshops.

Harvard Business School African American Alumni Association

HBS graduates stay connected with the AASU long after they leave HBS. the Harvard Business School African American Alumni Association (HBSAAA) serves over 2,845 African American, African, and other graduates of HBS who identify with an African American heritage. Through our programs and initiatives, the HBSAAA strengthens our current, future, and prospective members' ability to meet their greatest personal, professional and civic aspirations.

Asian American Business Association

The Asian American Business Association (AABA) provides a community for the promotion, understanding and cross-cultural exchange of Asian and Asian American business, social, academic, cultural, political initiatives.

Latino Student Organization

The Latino Student Organization's (LASO’s) mission is to promote and support Harvard Business School’s Latino students. Representing a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, interests, and Latino heritage, LASO members spearhead initiatives related to MBA admissions, alumni, career development and more to advocate for and empower the Latino community both on and off-campus.

Harvard Business School Latino Alumni Association

The Harvard Business School Latino Alumni Association (HBSLAA) is a non-profit organization with the aim to connect, empower and advocate for Latino business communities. HBSLAA is dedicated to creating a community that brings together alumni, current students, perspectives and faculty to increase our influence at HBS and in the national Latino business community.

Harvard University Native American Program

The Harvard University Native American Program (HUNAP) brings together Native American, Alaska Native, and Native Hawaiian students and interested individuals from the Harvard community for the purpose of advancing the well-being of indigenous peoples through self-determination, academic achievement, and community service.

Student Club Conferences

Club conferences are a vibrant part of the HBS ecosystem. Over 25 conferences are held each year on topics ranging from finance to entrepreneurship to women in business – and all are open to prospective students. Check out AASU's H.
