While formal education is concentrated within academics, the transformation of potential into leadership is realized through every aspect of the HBS experience. A truly diverse student body is the foundation of the experience: interaction inside and outside the HBS classroom is enriched by classmates representing a variety of industries, countries, beliefs, and perspectives.
