Alumni Transcripts
A transcript is an official record of all grades received in the MBA Program by term, as well as the degree received, and any additional information regarding a student's record (e.g., academic honors, participation in a joint degree program, a violation of the Honor Code or Community Values), if applicable. Unofficial grade reports are not available for alumni.
All requests for official transcripts are made through Parchment, an approved Harvard University vendor. Official transcripts are available in two formats:
1. Digital: HBS will provide students and alumni with one complementary digital transcript from Parchment. Any additional digital transcripts thereafter will be available for a small fee.
2. Hard Copies: All hard copies are provided free of charge and can be mailed to a designated address or picked up on campus (photo ID required) from the service counter on the 2nd floor of the Spangler Center. Expedited shipping of hard copies is available for a fee.
Identity verification, either through an HBS login or other mechanism, is required for all transcript requests.
For Existing Parchment Accounts:
• If you already have a Parchment Learner Account, you’ll be prompted to sign in through HBS Single Sign-On after logging in.
• After completing the HBS Single Sign-On process, you'll need to re-enter your Parchment account email address—especially if it’s different from your HBS email.
For New Parchment Accounts:
• If you’re creating a Parchment Learner Account for the first time, we recommend registering using your HBS email address to streamline access.
To request your official transcript, please log into Parchment.

Once a ticket number has been issued, please email it to registrar@hbs.edu. After the issue is resolved, please submit the transcript request through Parchment.
Processing Time
Generally, transcript requests are fulfilled as soon as possible during the MBA Registrar’s Office business hours (M-F 8am-5pm), but please allow up to two business days for processing.
