Alumni Transcripts

A transcript is a hard copy record of all the courses taken by a student by term in the MBA Program along with their final grades, credits earned, and the degree received, if applicable. As a security measure, transcripts are provided solely in hard copy and only to verified alumni requesters after completion of the form linked below.

To request a transcript, please log in to the Harvard Business School (HBS) Alumni portal and complete the Transcript Request Form (login required). In the "Special Requests" field, be sure to provide the full name you used while attending HBS.
