Alumni Certificates of Attendance

A Certificate of Attendance is a letter signed by the MBA Registrar's Office which confirms a graduate or student's attendance and degree.

To request a Certificate of Attendance, please log in to the Harvard Business School (HBS) Alumni portal and complete the Request Form (login required). In the "Special Requests" field, be sure to provide the full name you used while attending HBS.

Processing Time

Please allow up to three business days for processing. Certificates will be delivered by email as a PDF attachment.
