John H. McArthur Canadian Fellowship

John H. McArthur Canadian Fellowship offers a financial award of $20,000 to Canadian students during their time at HBS.

  • Awards are available to Canadian citizens or Canadian permanent residents who have lived in Canada for at least seven (7) years cumulatively.

  • Canadian students holding an undergraduate degree from a Canadian university are eligible to apply.

  • Canadian students holding a degree from a university outside Canada will be reviewed by a committee to determine eligibility.

  • Award is $10,000 for the first year and $10,000 for the second year.

  • Fellowship is a non-need based award and is incremental to any other HBS Fellowship that may apply.

Named in honor of the former dean of Harvard Business School, a native of British Columbia, this Fellowship is funded by the generous support of several Canadian alumni to attract high-potential individuals from all regions of Canada.
