We complement our need-based HBS Fellowships with a small number of other fellowships for students with specific backgrounds and interests. These additional fellowships are available to qualified students, even if you do not receive financial aid, and you may apply after your receive your acceptance letter.

Forward Fellowship

HBS is proud to announce our new Forward Fellowship which is designed to support students from lower-income backgrounds who have carried significant financial burdens or obligations.

George Leadership Fellowship

Open to HBS students in the third year of the joint degree program with Harvard Kennedy School (HKS), the fellowship reflects the foundation's commitment to enhancing public service by investing in character formation and leadership development.

Horace W. Goldsmith Fellowship

Open to students demonstrating nonprofit leadership.

Junior Achievement Fellowship

Open to students with Junior Achievement experience.

The Robert S. Kaplan (MBA 1983) Life Sciences Fellowship

Open to students with demonstrated experience in and commitment to the life sciences.

John H. McArthur Canadian Fellowship

Open to students from all regions of Canada.

Harvard University General Scholarships

The Committee on General Scholarships administers a small number of special financial aid, scholarship, and fellowship programs that support graduate and undergraduate students across Harvard University. Once admitted, students will gain access to an interactive tool to explore their eligibility. 

Traveling Fellowships

Harvard University offers several fellowships for study-related travel. These fellowships are administered by the Harvard University Committee on General Scholarships.
