Keung immigrated to the United States when she was three years old and grew up in Los Angeles, where she helped her parents in their tiny Chinese restaurant after school. She reflects on what made HBS such an incredible experience, how she took full advantage of the opportunities available to her, and how her formal business education complemented the informal lessons she learned from the small business owners in her family’s restaurant plaza.
