Using the Harvard MBA to Make a Difference in Politics & Policy

HBS MBA Admissions hosts a conversation with Professor Mitch Weiss (MBA 2004), Margaret Woolley Busse (MBA 2001), and Mina Hsiang (MBA 2ad010). Professor Mitch Weiss, in his book We the Possibility, argues the key to solving big problems at all levels is a shift from a mindset of "Probability Government" – overly focused on safe solutions and mimicking "best" practices – to "Possibility Government." This means public leadership and management that’s willing to boldly imagine new possibilities and to experiment. Hear directly from Professor Mitch Weiss, Margaret Woolley Busse, and Mina Hsiang on how they are doing just that.
