We encourage blogging by HBS faculty on topics related to their areas of academic expertise. The School does not host faculty blogs on our website but there are a range of third party sites that offer a great deal of ease and flexibility.
Because authenticity is the hallmark of blogging, we strongly discourage faculty from asking others to write their blog entries. As a matter of policy, ownership of the content on personal blogs belongs to the faculty member and no other School personnel should be engaged in the development or maintenance of personal faculty blogs. Some HBS faculty are invited to blog on the Harvard Business Publishing (HBP) website which is hosted and maintained by HBP.
