The goal of the Information Security Office is to provide you with information and tools that will help you work efficiently and securely on your devices!
If you have questions about how to protect devices and information, whether they are owned by HBS or yourself, HBS faculty, staff, and Doctoral students can login to the HBS IT Services and Support Portal to search IT services and documentation, check service status, or submit a help ticket.

Common Issues
If you believe confidential information may be at risk.
Notify your supervisor and immediately contact HBS IT by emailing ithelp@hbs.edu or calling Technology Support Service at 617-495-6600.
If you believe credit card information may have been accessed.
Contact Eileen Sullivan in the HBS Financial Office immediately at 617-495-4272. Or contact HU Cash Management at 617-495-4397.
If your laptop or mobile device has been stolen.
If you are off campus, file a police report.
If you are on campus, contact HBS Security at 617-495-5577.
Then, regardless of who owned the device, notify Technology Support Services (617-495-6600 or ithelp@hbs.edu) and your manager. They will work with you and the Information Security Office to help identify and mitigate any risk to you or to the University.
