Need to drop off your laptop for repair or pick up loaner equipment? No matter when you’re on campus, the Technology Support Services (TSS) team has you covered.
Members of the HBS community can access TSS’s secure, contactless equipment lockers in the Shad lobby 24/7. A Harvard ID badge is required for entry outside TSS business hours.
In order to access the lockers, users will need an active TSS ticket number to drop off equipment or a TSS-provided locker code to pick up equipment. More information on using the lockers can be found in the Knowledge Base article on picking up and dropping off equipment with TSS.
