Our Strategic Plan

The HBS IT three-year strategic plan (FY24–FY26) is organized around five strategic priorities, as well as the IT mission and vision, which together support the HBS mission to educate leaders who make a difference in the world. Underpinning our mission, vision, and priorities is a set of strategic initiatives that will help us ensure a cutting-edge digital and technology landscape.

Unleashing the Force of Inclusivity

HBS IT is dedicated to fostering a welcoming organizational culture where every staff member feels valued and empowered. Our aim is to cultivate a sense of belonging and connection within the team and the organization, allowing staff to perform at their best. Our efforts in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) space are essential for maintaining a healthy work environment in IT.

To support this work, we formed the Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Task Force to research, develop, and propose actions to create connection and inclusivity across HBS IT. HBS IT’s DEI work has included the formation of anti-racism discussions across IT, increased community engagement activities with a focus on learning more about one another, and an action plan to keep this work visible and active.
