At HBS, students have an opportunity to make health care a business focus and to demonstrate solid health care leadership. The general management MBA program, along with the hallmark HBS case method and field-based learning approach, create real-world experiences that help students apply innovative management practices to urgent and chronic health care challenges.
As part of the MBA curriculum, students analyze many cases focused on health care, and can customize their second-year experience by choosing courses, projects, papers, and independent studies specific to health care.
Many opportunities arise, both on and off campus, to engage in health care activities, network with alumni who work in the industry, and delve more deeply into various health care sectors.
