Howard Cox Health Care Initiative Faculty Chair
Robert S. Huckman
Professor Huckman teaches the second-year course in Operations Strategy and has taught HBS Executive Education programs and the first-year course in Technology and Operations Management. He is a Faculty Research Fellow in the health care program of the National Bureau of Economic Research, and the co-chair of the management track of Harvard’s doctoral program in health policy.

Richard G. Hamermesh
As the founding Faculty Chair of the HBS Health Care Initiative, Professor Hamermesh oversaw its inception and development from 2005 to 2015. Professor Hamermesh retired in the spring of 2015, but he remains involved with the Initiative on an advisory basis.
Tracy Perry
Associate Director, Life Sciences and Blavatnik Fellowship in Life Science Entrepreneurship
Tracy manages the life sciences programming for students and alumni. She is also responsible for the administration of the Blavatnik Fellowship, including the admissions process, marketing, finance, and human resources. She holds a BA from Manhattanville College. Prior to joining HBS, Tracy worked in the non-profit and hospitality industries for 12 years.
Krys Mroczkowski
Associate Director, Health Care Initiative
Krys is responsible for programming and content related to health care delivery and services for MBAs, alumni and faculty. He holds a BA from Wake Forest, and an MS from UPenn. Prior to joining HBS, Krys worked as a health program developer and outreach coordinator in both Boston and Philadelphia.
Tran Courtney
Senior Marketing Manager, Health Care Initiative and Blavatnik Fellowship in Life Science Entrepreneurship
Tran manages the marketing, public relations, and social media efforts for the Health Care Initiative as well as the Blavatnik Fellowship. She develops strategic marcom plans to promote health care programming and Blavatnik Fellows' ventures. Before joining HBS, Tran worked in-house and on the agency side in various marketing leadership roles. She holds a BA from Old Dominion University.
