Further, we recognize that gender interacts with other axes of inequality, such as race, ethnicity, class, sexual orientation, religion, age, and nationality, and take those interactions into account as we consider how gender affects lives, livelihoods, and workplaces.

We support a research agenda, course development, case-writing, and a learning community of business partners committed to advancing women leaders and promoting gender equity, and we will serve as a catalyst and convening mechanism for sharing and advancing ideas.
