Isabel Fernandez-Mateo is the Adecco Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at London Business School. She received her PhD in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her research interests include the role of relationships on economic outcomes and the study of gender inequality in the labor market, with an emphasis on the organizational and social barriers that prevent women’s access to senior level roles.
