Regulating Big Tech: What Have We Learned?
Regulating Big Tech: What Have We Learned?

Multiple jurisdictions, including the United States, the European Union, China, Australia, and Japan, have moved to change their policy frameworks to respond to the potential risks presented by big techs over the last few years. Several academic studies have since then examined the impact of such regulations on competition, data protection and consumer privacy, conduct of business with third parties, and financial stability. The conference aims to provide a venue for scholars and practitioners to exchange learnings from these studies, and to discuss research opportunities.
