Digital Competition and Tech Regulation
11-12 APRIL 2024
Invitation only
Location:
Harvard Business School
Multiple jurisdictions, including the United States, the European Union, China, Australia, and Japan, have moved to change their policy frameworks to respond to the potential anti-competitive and privacy risks presented by big techs over the last few years. Many academic studies have examined the impact of regulations on competition, data protection and consumer privacy, business conduct with third parties, and financial stability. The conference aims to provide a venue for scholars to exchange learnings and perspectives on the topic, and to discuss research opportunities.
