Afternoon Workshop

The afternoon workshop will consist of attendees giving lightning talks followed by discussions groups. The afternoon workshop will bring together leading junior researchers studying issues related to fairness, bias, and inequality in the data science, statistics, management, social sciences, and decision sciences communities. By participating in the afternoon workshop, you will meet junior scholars working at the cutting edge of both theory and practice at the intersection of these topics. Our goal is to develop common ground for future discussions and to spur collaborations among researchers who are knowledgeable about fairness, bias, and inequality and / or using advanced statistical methods in their research.
