MoonSoo is a doctoral student in the Technology and Operations Management (TOM) Unit. He is primarily interested in service operations, process improvement and operations strategy. He seeks to utilize large-scale data, experiments, and statistical tools to explore ways to (1) increase customer satisfaction, both short-term and long-term and (2) improve operational efficiency of the organizations.
MoonSoo received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from University of California, Berkeley and his M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University. He has previously worked in Christiansen Capital Advisors, Disneyland Resort and UC–Berkeley Administration.
