Botir is a Ph.D student at Harvard Business School and a Research Fellow in Empirical Law and Finance at Harvard Law School's Program on Corporate Governance. Prior to this, Botir received a M.A. in Economics from Duke University, and then worked as a Research Associate, collaborating with Accounting and Finance faculty members at Harvard Business School. Earlier in his career, Botir worked as a lead economist at the Central Bank of Uzbekistan.
