Maximilian Pany is a MD-PhD candidate in health policy at Harvard/MIT. He is affiliated with the Laboratory for Systems Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and has previously worked at the Wharton School and the Leonard Davis Institute for Health Economics. His research interests center on hospital organization, medical decision-making, and the financing of care delivery. Most recently, he has used machine learning methods to predict patient health outcomes. Max received his B.A. in health economics and neuroscience from Swarthmore College.
