Yoonjae Shin is a PhD student in the Organizational Behavior Unit at the Harvard Business School. His primary interests are labor market, corporate governance, and social inequality. Prior to beginning his PhD, Yoonjae worked in the project team at Seoul National University. During this time, he analyzed administrative data from the Ministry of Labor and Employment to explore the effect of firms’ competitive pressure on workplace safety. He graduated from Seoul National University with degrees in Economics and received his master's degree from the same institution.
