Caleb is a doctoral student in the Micro-Organizational Behavior track at Harvard Business School. Broadly, he is interested in tackling organizational and behavioral problems related to diversity, equity and inclusion. Before starting at Harvard, Caleb received a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA in 2020 and served as the lab manager for the Crockett Lab at Yale.
