Megan is a doctoral student in Organizational Behavior at Harvard Business School. She is broadly interested in emotions, prosocial behavior, and exploitation at work, and is particularly fascinated by how people can intentionally influence others' emotions. Megan studied psychology at UC Berkeley and then worked for three years as a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte. Prior to joining HBS, Megan was a Lab Manager at Berkeley Haas and helped to manage the Berkeley Haas Culture Initiative.
