Masha is a PhD student in Health Policy - Management. Masha graduated summa cum laude from Macalester College in 2012 with majors in Anthropology and Psychology and a concentration in Community and Global Health. She then received her MPH in Health Management and Policy from the University of Michigan in 2015.  After graduating, she joined the Center for Healthcare Innovation and Delivery Science at NYU Langone Health. There Masha first worked as a research associate for an AHRQ-sponsored study to comprehensively assess and redesign the radiologic process at NYU. Most recently, she served as the program manager for the newly established Rapid RCT Lab, which works to create a learning health system through rapid cycle, randomized testing of systems-level interventions across NYU. Masha's primary research interests are in healthcare delivery innovation, process improvement, and innovation and management of Health IT.
