Laura Katsnelson is a doctoral student in the Strategy unit at Harvard Business School with interests in technological and social innovation, organizational dysfunction, and the management of incentives in large institutions. She has a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Michigan, as well as a BBA from the Ross School of Business. Before graduate school, Laura worked for 3 years as a management consultant for universities and hospitals, and served as a research assistant.
