Julie Yen is a doctoral student in the Organizational Behavior program jointly offered by Harvard Business School and the Department of Sociology at Harvard. Her research investigates how organizations pursue social objectives, with a focus on how organizations can better support worker well-being. Julie holds a BA in History from Harvard University. Prior to her doctoral studies, she worked in the nonprofit sector at José Mateo Ballet Theatre and in commercial banking strategy at Capital One.
