Julie Yen is a doctoral student in the Organizational Behavior program jointly offered by Harvard Business School and the Department of Sociology at Harvard. Her research focuses on how people and organizations pursue social and environmental purpose. Julie holds a BA in History from Harvard University. Prior to her doctoral studies, she worked in the nonprofit sector at José Mateo Ballet Theatre and in commercial banking strategy at Capital One.
