Innessa Colaiacovo is a doctoral student in the Strategy Unit at HBS with interests in innovation, creativity, and economic history. She earned her AB in Economics and French Studies from Brown University (magna cum laude) in 2012. She subsequently worked as a Research Assistant at the National Bureau of Economic Research in Cambridge, MA as well as at IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. She also spent a year working in the Canadian House of Commons as part of the Parliamentary Internship Programme.
