Hanne is a PhD student in Organizational Behavior at Harvard Business School. She is interested in understanding how people navigate the complexities of conversation. She is especially interested in how people express and perceive listening in conversation, and ultimately, how we can make people feel heard. Hanne received her B.A. Honors in Psychology from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.
