    Ms. Paine currently teaches Boards of Directors and Corporate Governance in the second-year MBA program. She also co-chairs the HBS flagship programs for corporate directors Making Corporate Boards More Effective, Advanced Corporate Director Seminar, as well as its three programs for aspiring directors, Preparing to Be a Corporate Director, Women on Boards, and Accelerating Board Diversity. In addition, she teaches in Audit Committees for a New Era of Governance and Compensation Committees: New Challenges, New Solutions. Previous teaching assignments have included executive programs such as Leading Global Business, Leadership and Corporate Accountabilty in the Advanced Management Program, Senior Executive Program for China, and Senior Executive Program for Africa. She previously taught the required curriculum MBA course Leadership and Corporate Accountability, which she co-founded, as well as other MBA courses including Managing the High Performance Organization, Managing Across Cultures, and Managing for Organizational Integrity.
