Abstract

This compilation provides brief snapshots of climate action and its geographic and institutional context in 13 U.S. cities that send diverse participants to the Harvard Business School Young American Leaders Program to learn about cross-sector collaboration to address significant systemic challenges. (A 14th city is the subject of a stand-alone case.) The sketches cover geographic risks, population including disparities, major employers, stances of mayors and governors, noteworthy actions, reports, as a basis for participants to view their own city and compare/contrast with other cities.
