What are Agile Teams?
By: Tsedal Neeley
Abstract
This video explores the elements that constitute agile teams. From its history in the "Agile Manifesto," this philosophy for organizational behavior prioritizes working software over comprehensive documentation, customer collaboration over contract negotiation, and responding to change over following a plan. The video helps students think through not only the question of what agile teams are, but also how to develop them successfully in an organization.
